SHIPPING POLICY 

 

  We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.

 

  • We ship your order within 24-48 hours.

 

  • You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 5-7 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.

 

  • You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via email.

 

 

  • If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at 9015-925-925 or email us at info@rozerra.com  with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 

  • Is same day delivery possible? No, we are not serving hyper local at the moment. We will be expanding to the hyper local space soon.

 

  • How many days does it take for my package to be delivered? Air shipment – 1-4 working days Surface shipment (Economy) – 4-7 working days.

 

  • How many times do the courier companies attempt a delivery? In case of COD orders, the delivery is attempted only once whereas for online payment orders it is usually attempted two times depending on certain factors. The Delivery attempts are based on the updates received and can change on a case by case basis.

 

  • No COD shipments will go to Kerala & Pondicherry due to state regulations.

 

  • In an exception case, you can email us within 24 hours to notify the courier company to re-attempt the delivery.

 

  • What is a delivery exception? Delivery Exception is a stage in the transit of the shipment where the shipment gets stuck due to some reason. There could be various reasons such as a wrong address, the customer was not available.

 

  • Product exchange or returned only in case of wrong sizes. In case a product is defective it is refundable with all the desired tags and invoices on the same conditions of the product, that will be verified by us first and then exchanged.

 

  • In case a buyer has shopped and the exact good he received for what he ordered but for any other issues want a replacement, that will not take place by us currently.

 

  • In the case of return to Origin /Correction/and Re- routeing after a first attempt a re-consignment order will be charged RS 63/- extra along with COD, the buyer will be penalised for the courier charges at the same time or on the next invoice/shipment.

 

  • Billing and COD related queries should be raised within 5 days from the date of courier received. Post these time frames, queries and claims will not be entertained.
