A refund will be issued with fewer shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS)
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Items received after the 14 days or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
If a costume is received back that has been worn, you will be notified to either have the item returned at your expense or receive a refund of half of the purchase price paid.
Submit the below-attached Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For an exchange, list the size, style, and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay.
We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
